Anxiety & OCD Therapy for Teens and Adults
I’m a therapist with 8 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, and related mental health challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting people living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and working with members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I believe that the people I work with are the experts on their own lives. My role is to collaborate with you—helping you draw on your strengths, experiences, and personal insight to navigate challenges and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
My Approach
I’m a narrative therapist committed to helping teens and adults move in directions in their lives that feel right to them. My work focuses on helping people navigate challenges using their extensive knowledge of themselves and the skills and abilities they have developed over their lives. I believe my clients are the experts on themselves and work collaboratively to help them discover what works best for them. For clients struggling with OCD, I use evidence-based treatments including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I also have training in Habit Reversal Therapy for repetitive behaviors and experience supporting individuals affected by PANS/PANDAS. Who I Work With
I provide individual counseling for ages 11 and older, including both teens and adults. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive, and I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, body sizes, abilities, races, cultures, and religions.
